VISITATION RULES:
· VISITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS EXCEPT FOR ESSENTIAL MATTERS DUE TO BATHING.
· ON OTHER DAYS, VISITS WILL BE ALLOWED BETWEEN 10:00/12:00 AND 14:00/16:00.
· IF ANY SYMPTOM COMPATIBLE WITH COVID-19 IS OBSERVED IN THE VISITOR, THE VISIT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
· SIMILARLY, IF THE HEALTH CONDITION OF THE DISABLED PERSON TO BE VISITED IS NOT SUITABLE, VISITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
DURING THE VISIT:
· WEARING A MASK PROPERLY (COVERING BOTH NOSE AND MOUTH) IS MANDATORY THROUGHOUT THE VISIT.
· PHYSICAL CONTACT (HUGGING, HANDSHAKING, ETC.) SHOULD BE AVOIDED DURING THE VISIT, AND SOCIAL DISTANCING SHOULD BE STRICTLY OBSERVED.
· EATING OR DRINKING ACTIVITIES ARE PROHIBITED DURING THE VISIT UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. FOOD, DRINK, OR OTHER ITEMS BROUGHT FROM OUTSIDE FOR THE DISABLED INDIVIDUAL WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DISINFECTION.
· THE VISITOR MUST FOLLOW THE GUIDANCE OF THE INSTITUTIONAL STAFF DURING THE VISIT.
· THE VISIT DURATION WILL NOT EXCEED 30 MINUTES.
AFTER THE VISIT:
· IF THE VISIT HAS TAKEN PLACE IN AN ENCLOSED SPACE, THE AREA MUST BE VENTILATED AND ALL CONTACTED SURFACES MUST BE DISINFECTED AFTER THE VISIT.
· THE DISABLED INDIVIDUAL SHOULD RETURN TO THEIR LIVING AREA UNDER STAFF SUPERVISION TAKING ALL COVID PRECAUTIONS INTO ACCOUNT.
· VISITORS SHOULD EXIT THE FACILITY WITHOUT ENTERING AREAS SUCH AS THE GARDEN, ADMINISTRATION, OR HEALTH ROOMS, AND SHOULD ENSURE DISTANCE FROM OTHER DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
· IT SHOULD BE REMEMBERED THAT THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THESE MEASURES IS TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE DISABLED INDIVIDUAL.
